Day 223 - The Pasta Club Together again

Today we got to share a very special event with friends we have known for over 25 years.  That friendship began when we 1st gathered at our house for a Band Parents Officer's Meeting and I made some homemade pasta and sauce.  From that night on we gathered once a month rotating houses, to meet, plan fund raising events, eat, and drink lots of wine.  And at every meeting we had pasta.  That was the formation of the Pasta Club and a friendship that has lasted even after moves, and our children graduating.  That was the history of the Pasta Club.

Now on August 11th at 12 PM in 1973, Jim and Marie decided to take a life long journey together and today we we fortunate and blessed to share with them their 40th year of that journey together.
