Day 299 - Scarecrow Festival in Easton

Can you believe it?  This is my 300th post.  Hard to believe that this blog started 300 days ago on the steps of the Rave theater.  Only 65 more post to go.

Well since the grandchildren did their trick-or-treat'n last night at their house, we didn't have them this morning.  So I thought it would be a good opportunity to climb up a tree and remove some branches that were hitting the house, clean the gutters and cut the grass.  The only damage was a twisted right ankle and a banged up thumb.

After that, we headed down to Easton for the Scarecrow festival:

The 1st 2 images are taken with the EOS-M w/EF-S 10-22mm  @ Aperture Priority set to f/3.5

All the remaining images are taken with the EOS-M w/EF-M 22mm f/2 STM @ Aperture Priority set to f/3.5

Day 148 - A Juggling Act

Well today is another one of those cool very rainy days, keeping you indoors and thinking creatively.  So as I was juggling some thoughts through my head, I came up with this idea of an image.  Although it is only 1 image here, it was really created from 4 images then brought together using Layers in Elements 11. The final processing was done in LR & Silver Efex Pro 2

All images are taken with the EOS-M w/ EF-M 22mm f/2 STM @ f/3.5

Hope you like it as much as I had fun making it ;-)

Day 123 - Does she what her picture taken?

Today the Wife and I headed down to Bethlehem for some pictures.  The problem was, I wasn't sure if she really wanted her picture taken or not.  So I thought maybe you all should decide:

All images are taken with the EOS-M w/ EF-M 22mm f/2 STM @ f/3.5

This was created from 4 images

Next we headed over to the Promenade for lunch.  There I switched lenses to the 50mm f/1.8 for the following images:

Then after lunch we stopped at the Pandora Store where the wife used a gift certificate from her birthday & my charge card to get this little charm:

Yes, I needed to do at least 1 in BW

Then we went to get the grandchildren and headed over to the playground for the remainder of the day.
